b) Paid services:

- Premium analysis: extended analysis with additional comparative fields.
2.2. Digital service / immediate performance: Paid analyses are digital services delivered electronically and, as a rule, performed immediately after successful payment and submission of the required input data.

3.2. Available payment methods: Payments are processed via PayPal. Depending on the country and the user’s individual settings, PayPal may offer different forms of payment, including payment from a PayPal account (PayPal Wallet), credit or debit card, and SEPA bank transfer. The range of available payment methods is determined by PayPal and may vary depending on the user.
3.3. The user may request a VAT invoice for any transaction of 1 € or more. The invoice can be issued either for a private individual or a company. To receive an invoice, the user must select the appropriate option during the ordering process. If no request is made, the invoice will not be generated automatically.

3.5. The following data is required for invoice issuance:

3.6. The invoice will be sent as a PDF attachment via email within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
4. Order and Cancellation Process
4.1. Orders are placed using the online form available on the website.
4.2. Subscriptions do not renew automatically. After expiration, the user must make a new payment.
5. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers in the EU)
5.1. If you are a consumer within the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
5.2. Digital services / expiry of the right of withdrawal: In the case of digital content and digital services not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires once the performance has begun with the user’s prior express consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost.
5.3. By purchasing paid codes/subscriptions and requesting immediate execution of the digital service, the user expressly agrees that the service begins immediately after payment and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal is lost once the service has been fully performed.
5.4. Full performance: The digital service is considered fully performed once the analysis result has been generated and made accessible to the user.
6. Refund Policy
6.1. Refunds are possible only in the following cases:
- Technical error preventing the activation of purchased codes or use of the service.
- Justified cases where the service could not be used as described despite payment.
6.2. Refunds will be made to the same payment method within 14 business days of approval.

7. Transaction Security
7.1. The Service uses up-to-date encryption technologies (e.g., SSL) to protect users’ personal and financial data.
7.2. In case of suspected abuse, the Service reserves the right to temporarily suspend the user account and/or restrict access.
8. User Content, Accuracy of Data, and Prohibited Use
8.1. The user is responsible for the accuracy of all data entered into the Service. The Service is not responsible for results affected by incomplete or incorrect user input.
8.2. If the Service allows uploading images (e.g., face photos), the user confirms that they have the necessary rights and permissions and that the upload does not infringe third-party rights.
8.3. The use of automated scripts, bots, or other technical measures to circumvent system limitations, access restrictions, or pricing rules is strictly prohibited.
9. Nature of the Service (No Professional Advice)
9.1. The analyses provided by the Service are digital services based on user-provided data and algorithmic evaluation and are for informational purposes only.
9.2. The Service does not provide medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Users are solely responsible for decisions made based on the analysis results.
10. Liability and Jurisdiction
10.1. The Service is not liable for delays or errors caused by external payment operators.
10.2. The Service shall be liable without limitation in cases of intent and gross negligence.
10.3. In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable and typical damages, except in cases of injury to life, body, or health.
10.4. Liability for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential damages is excluded to the extent legally permissible.
10.5. The place of jurisdiction is the operator’s registered office, where legally permissible.
11. Final Provisions
11.1. These Terms are publicly available on the Service website.
11.2. German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, it shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
12. Invoices and User Data
12.1. The Service issues VAT invoices solely based on data provided by the user. The user is responsible for the accuracy of this data.
12.2. In the case of invoices issued to companies located outside Germany, reverse charge VAT may apply according to EU regulations (where applicable).
12.3. The Service is not liable for incorrect data (e.g., VAT number) that prevent correct tax processing on the user’s side.
