1. General provisions
1.1. These terms (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern the payment and usage modalities of the services offered via the YourLoveCode platform (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”).
1.2. The use of paid functions constitutes full and binding acceptance of these Terms by the user.
1.3. The Service reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes enter into force 30 days after publication on the website and may also apply to transactions that are not yet fully completed, unless expressly excluded otherwise.
2. Description of services
2.1. The Service offers the following services:
a) Free services:
Use of free analysis codes published on the website or in official social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram, X).
Use of interactive modules and games.
b) Paid services:
Basic Analysis: Digital analysis based on the data entered by the user.
Premium Analysis: Extended analysis with additional comparison fields.
2.2. Digital service / immediate execution: The paid analyses are digital services that are provided electronically and generally executed immediately after successful payment and entry of the required data.
3. Prices and payment methods
3.1. All prices shown on the website include statutory value added tax (gross prices).
Basic Analysis — one-time purchase:
1 code = €1.00 (incl. VAT)
5 codes = €2.00 (€0.40/code incl. VAT)
10 codes = €3.00 (€0.30/code incl. VAT)
20 codes = €4.00 (€0.20/code incl. VAT)
40 codes = €6.00 (€0.15/code incl. VAT)
Basic Analysis — subscription:
Annual fee: €60.00 (1200 codes, €0.05/code incl. VAT)
Premium Analysis — one-time purchase:
1 code = €1.00 (incl. VAT)
5 codes = €2.50 (€0.50/code incl. VAT)
10 codes = €4.00 (€0.40/code incl. VAT)
20 codes = €6.00 (€0.30/code incl. VAT)
60 codes = €15.00 (€0.25/code incl. VAT)
Premium Analysis — subscription:
Annual fee: €90.00 (1200 codes, €0.075/code incl. VAT)
3.2. Payment methods: Payment processing is carried out via PayPal. Depending on the user’s country and individual settings, PayPal may offer various payment methods (e.g. PayPal account, credit/debit card, SEPA direct debit). The actually available payment methods are determined exclusively by PayPal and may vary.
3.3. For each transaction from €1.00, the user may request an invoice showing VAT. The invoice can be issued for a private individual or a company. If no explicit request is made during the ordering process, no invoice will be created automatically.

3.5. Required information for invoicing:
For private individuals:
– Full name
– E-mail address
– Residential address (street, postal code, city, country)
For companies:
– Company name
– Full name of the contact person
– E-mail address
– Company address (street, postal code, city, country)
– VAT identification number (required)
3.6. The invoice will be sent as a PDF by e-mail within 24 hours after receipt of payment.
4. Ordering and cancellation process
4.1. Orders are placed via the online form provided on the website.
4.2. Subscriptions do not renew automatically. After expiry, a new payment is required.
5. Right of withdrawal (consumers within the EU)
5.1. Consumers within the European Union generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts.
5.2. Digital services / expiry of the right of withdrawal: In the case of digital content and digital services that are not delivered on a physical data carrier, the right of withdrawal expires in accordance with § 356 para. 5 of the German Civil Code (BGB) if the trader has begun performance of the contract after the consumer has expressly agreed that the trader begins performance before expiry of the withdrawal period and has acknowledged that, by giving this consent, the consumer loses the right of withdrawal once performance begins.
5.3. By purchasing paid codes or subscriptions and expressly requesting immediate execution, the user gives express consent to the immediate commencement of the digital service and confirms that the right of withdrawal expires upon full performance of the service.
5.4. Full performance of the service: The digital service is considered fully performed as soon as the analysis result has been generated and made accessible to the user.
6. Refunds
6.1. Refunds are only possible in the following cases:
Technical error that prevents the activation of the purchased codes or the use of the Service.
Justified cases in which the Service was not usable as described despite payment.
6.2. Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 working days after approval.

7. Security and misuse
7.1. The Service uses current encryption technologies (e.g. SSL) to protect personal and financial data.
7.2. In the event of suspected misuse, the Service reserves the right to temporarily block and/or restrict access.
8. User data and content
8.1. The user is responsible for the accuracy of all entered data. The Service assumes no liability for results based on incomplete or incorrect information.
8.2. If images (e.g. facial photos) are uploaded, the user assures that he or she possesses the necessary rights and does not infringe any third-party rights.
8.3. The use of automated scripts or other technical means to circumvent system restrictions, access controls or price structures is prohibited.
9. Nature of the service (no professional advice)
9.1. The analyses provided by the Service are digital services based on data supplied by the user and algorithmic evaluation and are intended solely for information purposes.
9.2. The Service does not provide medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. Decisions made on the basis of the analysis results are the sole responsibility of the user.
10. Liability and jurisdiction
10.1. The Service is not liable for delays or errors caused by external payment service providers.
10.2. The Service is liable without limitation in cases of intent and gross negligence.
10.3. In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical of the contract, except in cases of injury to life, body or health.
10.4. Liability for indirect damages, loss of profit or consequential damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
10.5. To the extent permitted by law, the place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the operator.
11. Final provisions
11.1. These Terms are publicly accessible on the Service website.
11.2. German law shall apply exclusively, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). If individual provisions are ineffective, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
12. Invoices and user data
12.1. The Service issues invoices solely on the basis of the data provided by the user. The user is responsible for their accuracy.
12.2. In the case of invoices to companies outside Germany, the reverse-charge procedure may apply, where applicable, in accordance with EU regulations.
12.3. The Service assumes no liability for incorrect information (e.g. VAT ID number) that prevents correct tax processing on the user’s side.
